We hope you love your DRSSD clothing. If, however, you are unhappy with your item/s, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return them for a credit, exchange, or refund.
All returned items must be in their original condition. This means they must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase must also be provided (this may include your digital receipt or order number).
DRSSD offers free express shipping on orders over $300.00 AUD.
Orders under $299.99 AUD will have a shipping charge of:

Once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be notified via email.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the time of the year, public holidays, and severe weather.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct mailing address for their order. DRSSD is not responsible for the wrong delivery address being provided and will not offer reimbursement for the package.

One of our team members will then contact you with return instructions. Any credit, exchange or refund will be actioned on receipt of the returned goods.
