We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia and free express shipping for orders over $300 AUD within Australia.

If your order is less than $300 AUD, we offer flat rate express shipping for $9.95 AUD per order.

International orders will attract flat rate shipping of $14.95 AUD per order.

Standard domestic shipping will take 2-7 days. Express domestic shipping will take 2-5 business days. Please note delivery times may vary depending on the time of year, public holidays and weather events affecting shipping. 

We accept returns for credits, exchanges and refunds within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and without any damage or alterations.
  • All tags are attached to the item/s.
  • Proof of purchase is provided with the returned item/s.

All return postage charges will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty (see below).

We sincerely apologise if you receive an item that is damaged or faulty.

In the event this occurs, please click here and fill out this form with your order details, a description of the fault and any photos where applicable.

Once we have received this information, we will assess the item and if it is deemed faulty, DRSSD will cover all postage costs and offer to replace or refund the item in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Orders can only be cancelled if they haven’t been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to organise a return once the order arrives.

Contact us as soon as you realise you’ve ordered the wrong item. If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we can change the order as required.

If however the order is already on its way to you, we can organise a return within 30 days of purchase.
