Our core business is empowering women. We do this not just by creating clothing with bold colours and flattering lines, but with sustainable practices designed to have a positive impact on the world.
The secret to effective sustainability is adopting sustainable practices in every step of the process. When we design our clothes, we carefully select fabrics that are sustainably sourced and manufactured. Working with local providers in the Hunter Region, we look for fabrics that are predominately made of natural fibres, creating a product that is better for the environment and more comfortable to wear.
Ethical standards don’t just apply to the products, but also our people. All workers must have a safe and healthy workplace, which includes a living wage, sensible work hours with regular breaks and access to basic entitlements like annual leave and maternity leave. Our manufacturing partners are carefully vetted to ensure they meet these standards.
Items are packaged in ECOFAB bags, which are 100% biodegradable, plant based and home compostable. Our swing tags are made from recycled cardboard and can be placed in household recycling bins when no longer needed.
We believe in fashion for a reason, not just a season. This is why we’re committed to making durable clothing that can used as a base and restyled to suit evolving fashion trends. Slow and circular fashion is key to minimising landfill and ensuring consumers get the best quality products. We believe in curating your wardrobe the same way you would an investment portfolio, carefully selecting all the individual pieces to form a diverse and functional wardrobe that will serve you for years to come. Once you’re ready to move on, we encourage you to consider donating pieces that are still in good condition to organisations like Dress for Success.
